VIETNAM VISA REQUIREMENT DOCUMENTS

 (For  Job Holders/ Businessman/ Family  visa)

General Documents: 

Passport: Original Passport with validity of a minimum of 08/ Eight months after the intended date of departure and a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.

• Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
• Attach all your old passports (if any).

Photo Specification: Two recent photographs (Size: 35mm x 45mm) with Matt Paper with white background and without border must show a clear face with hair and ear, without any power glasses or sunglasses.Must be natural photo.

Note: Photographs should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Bank statement:  For the last seven months with bank seal and signature. (Closing balance minimum 1,50,000/- per person which validity only 5 to 7 days).

Note: Every month’s transaction required.

• Bank solvency certificate with Bank seal and signature which validity of 5 to 7 Days(Date must be same as per bank statement date).
• No Need to mention balance in bank solvency certificate.
• Salary slips for the last four/five months (For Job Holder).
• NID photocopy
• COVID Vaccination Certificate. 

Additional Documents:

• Airline & Hotel Reservation: Ticket Itinerary & Hotel Booking.   

For Businessman:

• Trade License Translated In English With Notary
• If LTD. Company than required in corporation certificate, XII form, Memorandum, 
• Visiting Card 2 piece’s
• Company/Organization letter pad (2 piece’s )
• Covering Letter form on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, Passport Number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Vietnam, Dhaka.

For Job Holder:

• Job Id card copy or visiting card (2 piece’s)        
• If salary account than Bank Statement / Bank Solvency needed (If Personal account than pay slip & salary certificate needed)
• If salary account doesn’t have pay slip than last 4/5 month’s transaction history required
• NOC Letter in Company pad
• Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.

#Note: Pay slip required if salary in cash

 For Family:

• Birth certificate (If under 18)
• NID copy
• School/College/University ID card photocopy
• NOC from school (minimum 2 contact number needed)
• Marriage certificate ( If applicable )

#Note: For spouse needs 2 recent photos, background white.Marriage certificate or Nikah nama translated in English with notary. For children need 2 copies of photos backgraound white.

Visa Consultancy Fee:

E-VISA = 6,000/- BDT (Visa & Processing Fee)

( Approval & Processing fee) : 8,500/- BDT

( Sticker visa & processing fee ) : 15,000/- BDT
