VFS Global manages visa application centers for UK Visas and Immigration in Bangladesh where you can submit your completed visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data.

Sunday to Thursday: Working hours from 08:30 – 16:30
Applicants wishing to lodge applications are requested to enter the visa application center between 08:30 – 14:00
Passport delivery: 15:00 -14:30.
Information Time: 08:30 – 14:30.

Visa Consultancy Fee:

Visa Fees = 13500 BDT
Visa Processing Fees = 5000 BDT
Applicant, valid for 6 months multiple Entry.

Tourist / Business Visa Requirements:

(For Service Holders/Business Person visa)

General Documents:

Passport: Original Passport with validity of a minimum of six months after the intended date of departure and a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.

Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
Attach all your old passports (if any).
All Visa Copy with Data Page of each Passport.

Photo Specification: You need to provide 2 identical photos. They must: measure 45mm high by 35mm wide (the standard size used in photo booths in the UK) with matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80% face coverage, white background, and without border

Please Note: Photographs should not be used in any of the previous visas.

United Kingdom Visa Application Form: Visa application form must be filled and signed by the applicant.

Bank statement: Need to be a personal bank account for the last six months with a Bank seal and signature. (Closing balance minimum 3,50,000/- per person which validity only 5-7 working days).

Bank solvency certificate with Bank seal and signature which validity of 5 to 7 Days).
Salary slips for the last seven months (If Any for Job Holder).

Covering Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant’s name, designation, Passport Number, and purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of United Kingdom, Dhaka.

FOR EMPLOYEE:

No Objection Letter (NOC) in company pad from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation,
passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.
Job ID Card
Recent Personal Bank Statement Last six months and Bank Solvency with Bank original seal and sign
Salary confirming Letter
Last 4 Months’ Pay Slip – with Notary
Office ID Card Color copy – with Notary

FOR BUSINESSMAN:

Update Company Trade License Photocopy with Notary (For Business person)
Update Company TIN Last Two Years
Forwarding Letter to company pad from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.
Recent Company Bank Statement Last six months and Bank Solvency with Bank original seal and sign
Original Income Tax Return & certificate last 2 years. and VAT
Memorandum if share businessman (If Joint LTD company the applicants need to
Certificate of Incorporation, Form XII, Share distribution page)

Invitation Letter or Hotel Booking
Air Ticket Booking Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary with return air ticket (The date should be the NOC date same as per).
Personal Request Letter.
Property Valuation Report if any.
FDR Slip if any
NID and Birth Certificate
Personal E TIN
Visiting card
Present Address Recent Utility Bill (Electricity, Gas, Water).
COVID Vaccination Certificate.

FOR CHILD:
1. Birth Certificate – with Notary
2. School ID Card Copy for Student – with Notary
3. certificate for Student

FOR FAMILY:
1. Marriage Certificate
2. Nikahnama

NB: For spouse needs 02 recent photos background white. Marriage certificate or Nikha Nama translated in English with Notary. For children need 02 copies of the photo’s background white.
