PHILIPPINE VISA REQUIREMENT DOCUMENTS

Bangladeshi visa seekers who want to travel to the Philippines are issued visas in various categories such as:

Application for a visa is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 am only.
The schedule of release of available visas is from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Visa applications will be accepted at Gate No. 2. Visa applicants shall submit relevant documents through accredited agencies only. The accredited agencies will receive the corresponding receipt for the payment and will get notice to wait for a call from the Embassy if
an application is approved or not and if a schedule for an interview is necessary. No foreign nationals or walk-in applicants may enter the premises at any time.

Bangladeshi nationals who are holders of valid diplomatic or special passports may enter Philippines without entry visas and stay for a period of thirty (30) days.

Visa Consultancy Fee:
Validity 2 Months and Max 1 month Stay
– Adult = 16,500 BDT

Tourist / Business Visa Requirements:

(For Service Holders/Business Person visa)

General Documents:

Passport: Original Passport with validity of a minimum of six months after the intended date of departure and a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.

Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
Attach all your old passports (if any).

Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size photographs with white background and without border (Size: 2″’ x 2″’) must show a clear face with hair and ear.

Please Note: Photographs should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Philippines Visa Application Form: Visa application form must be filled and signed by the applicant.

Cover Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant’s name, designation, Passport Number, and purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Philippines, Dhaka.

Invitation Letter: Invitation from the Philippines addressed to the Philippine Embassy and to the applicant (If Any).

Forwarding Letter: Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.

Proof of Occupation:

Update Trade license photocopy With Notary (For Business person).
If Joint LTD company the applicants need to Certificate of Incorporation, Form XII,
Share distribution page.
Official Pad for visa Request letter (For Business person).
Office ID card copy & Visiting card (for job holder).

Additional Documents:

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary (with return air ticket).
Hotel Booking Reservation copy.
COVID Vaccination Certificate.

Family Documents:

Birth Certificate.
School ID Card Photocopy.
NOC from School (Minimum 2 Contact Number Needed).
Marriage Certificate (If Applicable).

NB: For spouse needs 02 recent photos background white. Marriage certificate or Nikha Nama translated in English with Notary. For children need 02 copies of the photo’s background white.
