NETHERLAND VISA REQUIREMENT DOCUMENTS

General requirements irrespective of the purpose of travel:

Completed visa application form personally signed by the applicant (Happy Air Holidays will do it for you).
Current passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the planned departure from the Schengen area) and all previous passports in original (Color photocopy of bio-page of recent passport and all Schengen visas).
Recent passport-size photograph (35 mm X 45 mm) full faces, light background, unstapled and no older than 6 months).
Photocopy of current passport (only data page).
Letter from present employer / owner, stating purpose of the visit.
Proof of financial means in the country of residence (personal bank account statements of past 6 months)-Withdraw after asking.
Credit card statements or balance covering the last six months complemented by any other proof of financial solvency.

Documents related to civil status:

Marriage doc (married applicants)
Divorce certificate, ( talak nama- divorced applicants)
Death certificate (widows or widowers)
Birth certificate (children)

Health and Travel Insurance for Schengen (Original & Photocopy)

For Businessman:

If Businessman than required:

Updated trade licenses issued by City Corporation.
If joint stock company required Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum , XII form (applicable)
TIN Certificate
Income Tax Return -3 years.
Company bank account statement for the past 6 months
Personal TIN Certificate and Income Tax return of the last 3 years.

For job holder:

If job holder than required:

Salary slips/statements for the last 6 months, confirmation of employer about duration and nature of employment
Leave letter (NOC) of the employer in Bangladesh (incl. physical address and telephone number) stating the function/profession of the applicant in the company and the duration of granted leave)

Letter of invitation from the host in Netherland. The invitation letter must contain at minimum the Following information:

Relation between the host and guest
Reason for stay
Exact duration of the visit
Who will bear the cost of living, transportation, food, and health insurance (if the host is responsible for the coverage of costs, an additional declaration of guarantee may be requested by this Embassy at the visa appointment)
Address, phone number, and signature of host

Detailed travel plan and flight itinerary-(Happy Air Holidays will do it for you.)

Hotel booking covering the entire trip -(Happy Air will do it for you.)

File processing fee: 3,500/- BDT per person. (Travel insurance fee not included).

Note: Other documents or Information may be required, Happy Air Holidays will notify you as per the requirement.

Family Documents:
1. Birth Certificate.
2. School ID Card Photocopy.
3. NOC from School (Minimum 2 Contact Number Needed).
4. Marriage Certificate (If Applicable).

NB: For spouse needs 02 recent photos background white. Marriage certificate or Nikha Nama translated in English with Notary. For children need 02 copies of the photo’s background white.
