Photo Specification: Two recent photographs (Size: 35mm x 50mm) with Matt Paper with white background and without border must show a clear face with hair and ears, without any power glasses or sunglasses.
Note: Photographs should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Bank Statement: For the last seven months, with bank seal and signature. ( Closing balance minimum 1,50,000/- per person & For Family minimum 4-5,00,000/- which validity only for 5 to 7 days.
Note:
👉 Bank solvency certificate with Bank seal and signature which validity of 5 to 7 days ( Date must be same as per bank statement date. )
👉 Need to mention balance in bank solvency certificate.
Covering Letter: Covering Letter form on the Company’s letterhead, starting with the applicant’s name, designation, Passport Number, Purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip- travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Malaysia, Dhaka.
Forwarding Letter: Forwarding Leter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.
