JAPAN VISA REQUIREMENT DOCUMENTS
📍General requirements irrespective of the purpose of travel:
☑1* Completed visa application form * personally signed by the applicant *(Happy Air Travels LTD will do it for you)
☑2* * Passport: Original Passport with validity of a minimum of eight. months after the intended date of departure and a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.
* Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
* Attach all your old passports (if any).
* All Visa Copy with Data Page of each Passport.
☑3* Recent passport-size photograph(35mm*45mm) (1 3/8″ x 1 3/4″). full faces, light background, unstapled and no older than 6 months).
Note: Photographs should not be used in any of the previous visas.
☑4.* Photocopy of current passport (only data page)
☑5.* A personal cover letter/introduction letter from the applicant’s name, designation, Passport Number, and purpose, outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc., explaining the necessity to travel explanning in details the purpose of the visit, addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of JAPAN, Dhaka.
☑6* *Letter from present owner, stating purpose of the visit
☑7*. 🔰Proof of financial means in the country of residence (personal bank account statements of the past 6 months)-Withdraw after asking.
(Closing balance more than 10,00,000/- per person which validity only 5-7 working days).
🔰 Bank solvency certificate with Bank seal and signature which validity of only 5-7 Days)
🔰credit card statements or balance covering the lasr six months complemented by any other proof of financial solvency.
☑8*. Property Valuation – If Any
☑9*. Documents related to civil status
🔰marriage doc ( married applicants)
🔰divorce certificate, ( talak nama- divorced applicants)
🔰death certificate (widows or widowers )
📍For Businessman :
☑10 . *If *businessman than required
🔰updated trade licenses issued by city corporation.
🔰If joint stock company required Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum , XII form ( applicable)
🔰TIN Certificate personal and company
🔰Income Tax Return -3 years personal and company
🔰company bank account statement for the past 6 months*
📍For Job Holder :
☑11*. If job holder:
🔰salary slips/statements for the last 6 months, confirmation of employer about duration and nature of employment*
🔰Leave letter (NOC) of the employer in Bangladesh (incl. physical address and telephone number) stating the function/profession of the applicant in the company and the duration of granted leave)
🔰Income Tax Return -3 years personal
☑12* Detailed travel plan and flight itinerary-(Happy Air Travels LTD will do it for you.)
☑13* Hotel booking covering the entire trip -(Happy Air travels LTD will do it for you.)
☑14* * COVID Vaccination Certificate
☑15* * NID COPY
