Terms & Conditions:
- Tour cancellation by Happy Air Holidays:
- If unfortunately, the tour is cancelled by Happy Air Holidays, the booking money will be fully refundable. The ticket price will be eligible for a refund, subject to the airline’s refund policy.
- Tour cancellation by client:
- If unfortunately, the tour is cancelled by guest before confirm air ticket, hotel booking and others, the service charge will be deducted from the booking money, and the remaining amount will be refundable. The ticket price will be eligible for a refund, subject to the airline’s refund policy.
- If unfortunately, the tour cancelled by guest after confirm air ticket, hotel booking and others, the booking money will be non-refundable. Only the ticket price will be eligible for a refund, subject to the airline’s refund policy.
- Tour Cancellation Due to Natural Disasters:
(e.g., climate issues, floods, airport shutdowns, earthquakes)
- Air Ticket Refund: If the tour is cancelled due to a natural disaster either at the origin (Dhaka Airport) or the destination airport, the air ticket will be refunded as per the airline’s refund policy.
- Land Package Refund: In the event of cancellation due to a natural disaster, the land package (including hotel bookings, transfers, tours, etc.) will not be refundable.
- Tour Cancellation Due to Government Issues:
(e.g., travel bans, regulatory restrictions)
- Air Ticket Refund: If the tour is cancelled due to government-related issues from origin or destination, the air ticket will be refunded as per the respective airline policies.
- Hotel booking refund: If the tour is cancelled due to government-related issues from origin, the hotel booking money will be non-refundable, or if the tour is cancelled due to government-related issues from destination, the hotel booking money will be refundable as per hotel refund policy.
- Air ticket re-route policy:
- If the tour destination wants to change by guest for any uncertain reason after the ticket has been issued, the client will bear the extra charge for the air ticket as per the airline’s policy, along with the hotel and transportation costs at the new destination, if applicable.
- Itinerary change policy:
- After confirming the booking or paying the booking money, if the client wants to change the itinerary or add anything new, they will have to pay extra charges if needed.
