CANADA VISA REQUIREMENT  DOCUMENTS

📍General requirements irrespective of the purpose of travel:

☑1* Completed visa application form * personally signed by the applicant *(Happy Air Travels LTD will do it for you)

☑2* * PASSPORT:

Passport: Original Passport with validity of a minimum of months after the intended date of departure and a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.
☑* Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
☑* Attach all your old passports (if any).
☑* Photocopy of current passport (only data page)

 

☑3* * PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:

Recent passport-size photograph. They must be (50 mm wide by 70 mm high (2 inches wide by 2¾ inches high). The height of your face must measure between 31 mm (1¼ inches) and 36 mm (1⁷⁄₁₆ inches) from your chin to the crown of your head (natural top of head) full faces, light background, unstapled and no older than 6 months).
Note: Photographs should not be used in any of the previous visas.

☑4* *TRAVEL HISTORY:

☑ * Travel history summary

☑ * All Visa Copy with Data Page of each Passport.

☑ * Stamps of all previous travels (including old passport)

 

☑5* *FOR BUSINESSMAN:

☑ updated trade licenses issued by city corporation.
☑If joint stock company required Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum, XII form, X from (applicable)

☑Business other documents
☑TIN Certificate personal and company
☑Income Tax Return -3 years personal and company
☑Company bank account statement for the past 6 months*

☑Company Profit and Loss Statement

 

☑6* *FOR JOB HOLDER:

☑Leave letter (NOC) of the employer in Bangladesh (incl. physical address and telephone number) stating the function/profession of the applicant in the company and the duration of granted leave)

☑ Office ID Card/ Visiting Card

☑salary slips/statements for the last 6 months, confirmation of employer about duration and nature of employment*

 

☑7* * PROOF OF MEANS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT:

☑Proof of financial means in the country of residence

(Personal bank account statements of the past 6 months)-Withdraw after asking.
(Closing balance more than 10,00,000/- per person which validity only 5-7 working days).

☑Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR)/ Sanchaypatro

☑ Investment Documents

☑Proof of assets or businessman

☑ Pay slip of the last 3 months

☑ Bank solvency certificate with Bank seal and signature which validity of only 5-7 Days)
☑ Credit card statements or balance covering the last six months complemented by any other proof of financial solvency.

☑ Property Valuation – If Any

☑ Documents related to civil status

 

☑8* * INCOME TAX SUPPORT:

☑ Income Tax acknowledgement copies (Last 3 years)

☑ Income tax Certificate (Last 3 years)

☑ Income Tax Assessment copy (Last 1 year)

 

☑9. * A personal cover letter/introduction letter from the applicant’s name, designation, Passport Number, and purpose, outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the
trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc., explaining the necessity to travel explaining in details the purpose of the visit, addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of CANADA, Dhaka.

 

☑10* *Letter from present owner, stating purpose of the visit

 

☑11* * PERSONAL DOCUMENTS:

☑ Marriage doc (married applicants)

☑ Divorce certificate, (talak Nama- divorced applicants)
☑ Death certificate (widows or widowers)

☑ Birth Certificate

☑ NID COPY

☑ COVID Vaccination Certificate

 

☑12* * OTHER DOCUMENTS

☑ Hotel booking covering the entire trip – (Happy Air travels LTD will do it for you.)
